 The Jacob Sloan Foundation also has established a secondary fund, our Jacob Sloan Family Assistance Fund. This fund is intended to assist families in Queen Anne's County who have recently experienced an emergency or traumatic life event that has caused the need for temporary assistance. Unfortunately, we may not be able to assist all applicants, we will do our best to review your inquiry and get back to you.

If we are able to assist, please allow 7-14 days for complete processing.
