September 4th –17th

The Jacob Sloan Family Assistance Fund provides  support to families in Queen Anne's County who have recently experienced an  emergency or traumatic life event that has caused the temporary hardship.

Please make sure to explain what emergency situation has caused your temporary hardship.
Although we may not be able to assist every applicant, we will carefully review each inquiry and respond as soon as possible. Please complete the form below. If additional information or documentation is needed, we will typically contact you by email within 48 hours of reviewing your request.
If assistance is approved, please allow 7–14 days for processing.

Donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Documents and information submitted to the State of Maryland under the Maryland Charitable Solicitations Act are available from the Office of the Secretary of State for the cost of copying and postage.
